Central Park Sports Centre Court Booking – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to our Sports Centre. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern all online and over-the-counter bookings for the use of our futsal, badminton, and pickleball courts. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Confirmation

  1. All court bookings must be made through our official booking platform or at the reception counter.
  2. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.
  3. Bookings that are not paid within the stipulated time may be automatically cancelled and released to other customers.
  4. Upon successful payment, a confirmation notification or receipt will be issued. Customers are advised to retain this for verification upon arrival.

3. No Refund Policy

  1. All confirmed bookings are final and strictly non-refundable.
  2. No refunds will be provided for:
    • Cancellations by the customer.
    • No-shows or late arrivals.
    • Partial use of the booked time slot.
    • Changes in personal circumstances.
  3. Customers are advised to carefully review their booking details before making payment.

4. Rescheduling and Transfer

  1. Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  2. Rescheduling or transferring bookings to another date, time, or person is not permitted.

5. Operating Hours

  1. The Sports Centre operates 24 hours daily, including public holidays, unless otherwise notified.
  2. Management reserves the right to adjust operating hours due to maintenance, private events, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. User Responsibilities

  1. The person making the booking is responsible for:
    • Ensuring all participants comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    • Arriving on time for the scheduled booking.
    • Using the facilities responsibly and safely.
  2. Players must wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking shoes.
  3. Any damage to the facilities or equipment caused by negligence or misconduct will be chargeable to the customer.

7. Late Arrival and Overtime

  1. Bookings start and end strictly according to the reserved time slot.
  2. Late arrivals will not be granted extensions or refunds.
  3. Continued use of the court beyond the booked time without approval may result in additional charges.

8. Safety and Liability

  1. All users participate in sports activities at their own risk.
  2. The Sports Centre shall not be liable for:
    • Any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained while using the facilities.
    • Loss or theft of personal belongings.
  3. Customers are encouraged to ensure they are medically fit to participate in physical activities.

9. Force Majeure

  1. The Sports Centre shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill bookings due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
    • Natural disasters
    • Fire or power failure
    • Government restrictions
    • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  2. In such cases, management reserves the right to reschedule the booking at its discretion. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. Code of Conduct

  1. Users must behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
  2. The following are strictly prohibited:
    • Smoking or vaping within the premises.
    • Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances.
    • Fighting, abusive language, or disruptive behavior.
  3. Management reserves the right to remove any individual who violates these rules without refund.
  4. Users must observe house rules and regulations which may change from time to time without prior notice.

11. Children and Minors

  1. Participants under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
  2. The supervising adult assumes full responsibility for the minor’s safety and conduct.

12. Pricing and Promotions

  1. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Promotional rates, discounts, or packages are subject to specific terms and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

13. Personal Data Protection

  1. By making a booking, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for booking management and communication purposes.
  2. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
  3. Customer information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
